Status: It’s wet outside, not really raining.
Plans: Drive to Emory Hospital and have the cancer removed from my ear at 07:00. Church tonight at 19:30.
Purchases: Need to buy a part for the guest toilet and a new voltmeter.
Narrative: Drive to Emory Hospital was uneventful even though we went to the wrong building at first. Procedure took about three hours to complete and cancer was about the size of a quarter. They cut away the cancer and drew the loose skin together with stitches. (I won’t know how it looks for a few days.) I do think I’ll have to do this one more time with another nodule on the same ear. I told the Doc about it, but we didn’t communicate the correct location while I was in the office.
We took a good long nap after getting home. I have antibiotics to take and my ear is a bit sore. Hard part for the next 48 is I have to keep the dressing in place and dry. (I sweat easily.)
The Pi-Aware cable from the antenna to the receiver came in today. I am waiting on the antenna, that is the key part to the upgrade and a permanent installation.
Tomorrow: All the parts for the Pi-Aware come in on Thursday.
