A new challenge, two thermostats and the one NodeMCU. Looks like this is easier than I thought. The thermostats *8 wires are “Open” except for the Red wire (Power),the Blue wire (Common) and there’s something about the Orange wire (Reversing Valve) it appears to be normally closed to the Red wire. That means is that I can parallel all the wires between the two thermostats except for (Red) and (Orange). Two relays for red, two relays for Orange, Four relays for Cool, High, Fan and Fresh Air.

Exercising our emergency generators is a must if you are going to call on them in an emergency. When I run them (about once a month) I use these 200W personal heaters that can be bought just about anywhere to put a load on them. A generator runs best with about a 50% load on them, okay there is a liberal amount of load for exercising them. When I exercise them they run start faster and run smoother than when I don’t. Also putting a load on them gets rid of the fuel standing around in the garage. These guys are supposedly rated for 860VA, which if you figure an 80% power factor is almost 700W. I have five of these LIFAN ESI860i generators and NONE of them can support a 500W resistive load at 1000Ft elevation. (Atlanta) It seems every description in the manual is an exaggeration to get us to buy them. Run time, power output and maintenance intervals are all garbage.

I had to order this generator from Home Depot since it wasn’t stocked. It came tightly wrapped in a black plastic bag. (I assumed to keep the oil from leaking onto other products.) I ran it hard for about a month and didn’t change the oil as per the instructions provided. Eventually it didn’t run anymore, the red LED saying the oil was low could not be extinguished. After fighting with it and looking on the Internet for answers I disconnected the oil low switch on the engine. (Normally Open switch) The engine has been running perfectly since.
Generator #2 was run through the same break-in period of no load for a tank of gas and then 100W for a tank of gas Etc for about two weeks. It ran fine for about three months and had a healthy alternator on it! Then one day the output waveform was distorted and i found the capacitor had been broken off the inverter board by the gas tank. To fix generator #2 i robbed the board from Generator #1 when I was troubleshooting another problem with Gen #1 fuel pump being flooded. (From fighting with the oil switch)
Another problem with Generator #1 was the fuel filter was pushed into the gas tank and i haven’t found a way of removing it. The last of the line of issues I plugged Gen #1 and Gen #2 onto a Power Factor Corrected power supply that did something to the regulator board. (It locks up the regulator and overspeeds the engines on both generators.) Eventually the Inverter green light extinguishes and the engine runs at high speed. Generator #2 acted normal on the last run, but I thought i’d try getting a new regulator board.

Saturday morning we walk, have the worship team meeting at 10AM and a date with our Daughter for lunch.

I’d like to eventually repair the open dialog that I once enjoyed with our brothers in Christ without worrying about the color of their skin.
According to my reading there just seems to be so many ways for a “White” person to offend people of color these days.
The “town square test”—can EVERYONE express themselves freely, publicly, without fear of reprisal?

I subscribed to a website called “Medium” that gives some insight to what the black American nation is thinking.
Kathy bought a good book about the bible that I need to spend some time reading.
Prayers: My mom in Vegas is still in Rehab, I need to call her and find out when she’s going home.
Melvin sent me a lament that had the phrase “My Voice” that I searched for in scripture today.
